The responsabilities include:

- Applies specialized knowledge in a systems infrastructure discipline to conceptualize, design, construct, test, implement and optimize infrastructure systems that enable and support business functions.
- Defines scope, plans and deliverables for assigned projects.
- Coordinates and collaborates with others to ensure plans and identified solutions meet customer needs and expectations.
- Conceptualizes, constructs, tests and implements integrated network, hardware and software solutions, distributed computing solutions, and/or physical and logical communications networks for the customer and NMCI architects client/server solutions and environments.
- Creates application program interfaces and/or network designs.
- Monitors performance and analyzes statistics to identify and resolve system infrastructure documentation.
- Establishes and maintains security, integrity and business continuity controls and documents.

Lead Architect – New Start up Role

Responsibilities:

The Winnipeg office has an immediate requirement for an Licensed Architect with demonstrable experience and strong design abilities in working on residential projects; multi family units, commercial, and mixed use projects. You will be required to insure projects are completed with high levels of technical competency, ensure quality assurance mandates and processes occur, review and be accountable for design and contract documentation. Ability to conduct and lead the research on design trends through research and development, and implementation to the local markets will be key.

Qualifications:

• Masters degree in Architecture along with Provincial registration.
• Exposure to residential and/or multi family unit projects required along with 5 plus years of experience in other areas
• Excellent written, communication, and presentation skills.
• Leadership capability with experience in planning, programming, architectural design and development, contract documents and administration.
• Management, mentoring and leadership of the technical and design staff including design and technical direction, project management and support of other offices as required.
• Experience with Building Codes and bylaws.
