Primary goals of physiotherapy are to: restore, maintain and maximize your strength, function, movement and well-being.

Physiotherapist’s treatments may include:

• the prescription of personalized therapeutic exercises
• the provision of essential education of the body and your specific condition
• the restoration of mobility and independence of the individual
• education on the avoidance and prevention of bodily arm
